CORRELATION
ANALYSIS Brazil votes for Europe
[Correlation Analysis between Clubs and Country
votes]
An incredible 31,55% of all Brazilian votes were
made for European Clubs. However it is nothing compared
to Japan where 97,13% voted for a European Club.
Many foreign fans
[Correlation Analysis between English votes and Manchester
United position] 11,48% of French voters decided
on Manchester United. Many other countries show the same
result. However a part of these votes has been generated
by English people working or living abroad.
Nationalism?
[Correlation Analysis between Country position
and Country votes] 49,08% of all voters
voted for another country than their own.
It seems that many are honest enough to point other countries
to play the best football. It should be interesting though
to know i.e. how many French fans voted for Argentina
and vice versa. |

WHO IS VOTING FOR DAVID BECKHAM?
As England is by far not the country providing
the most fans to vote, who is voting then?
Ok, most votes for Beckham come from England but also
the Asians take part in his top position - Singapore [4.09%]
and Malaysia [7.77%]. Few votes come from European
countries who all have many of their 'own' favourite players
- Italy [0.14%]. Votes come from a total of 122
countries! |
